Best Western Plus Okotoks Inn & Suites

Laat Thursday night there were toddlers strewn about the hallway outside of the banquet room which was feet away from my room door. We arrived at 10pm, noise didn't settle down until 11pm. I didn't want to call and complain unless it took longer. Everything else was great though.

Definitely the best hotel in Okotoks. I'd love to see them have coffee available during the day or evening in the lobby area. However there is a Tim Hortons close by and it is directly across from the Costco if you want to hit the food court over there for something. This place is kept impeccably clean throughout.

Good well maintained hotel. Special thanks to front desk stuff Mani. The only issue was the construction in the restaurant. We had to have breakfast at the lobby

Great hotel and friendly staff. The rooms were amazing. Large and spacious. Came with a mini fridge, coffee maker, desk, large TV, lounging chair and more! Loved the onsite pub with beverage service. Conveniently located across the street from Costco. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

As Best Westerns go this on was right on point. The breakfast was very good and enjoyed the McCafe Keurig cups in the room. No issues or complaints and the staff was extremely friendly on checking in as well as when we were leaving. Definitely stay there again.

We stayed for one night in September on our road trip. The check in was brutal, there was one person ahead of me and they took 15 min to resolve their issues Then it was my turn and as I got to the counter he answered the phone ahead of me and was on the phone for another 10-15 minutes helping another customer He never apologized once or acknowledged me There was no other customer service staff The one positive was the breakfast that was included was the best We really enjoyed it.

I stay in hotels approximately 1 week per month, every month. Best Western Hotels punch above their price level for customer service, and in particular the Okotoks, AB location. I was on a trip with my teenage sons and they were greeted and engaged with the same level of courtesy by the front desk as myself. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms in peak condition. The breakfast room provided delicious offerings with an extra touch of quality over competing brands, and I was provided spectacular customer service over breakfast. My kids loved the pool, and gave it great reviews, and they are hockey boys who have seen their fair share of pools. I will be willing to drive a little further on my trips to stay at this location again.

We stayed here with our 2 dogs mid August and had a really pleasant experience. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. There was no trouble with our pets. Our room was clean and the A/C was strong. A room with 2 beds was spacious enough for 2 medium sized dogs. Housekeeping was wonderful as well.
